I had a mole on my face that had changed and needed to be removed. As it was face surgery I did look around on who to use and decided on Mr Garry Ross by reading a number of very good reviews. I was very glad I did. During the consultation Mr Ross went through all the options, showing photos and drawing out how the mole could be removed and was very reassuring.
On the day of the surgery, all the staff where very caring, I was talked through what would happen. It was very quick to perform, Mr Ross was again very reassuring during the proceedure and I was back to work shortly after.
The results came back quickly, which put my mind at rest.
The surgery has been a success and it is healing very well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Ross.

When I started researching abdominoplasty after years of feeling conscious after having twins I went backwards and forwards am I confident about going to a appointment ? No. Would I feel judged? maybe they were just something's going through my mind. However I was recommended Mr Ross and took the plunge and booked an appointment and now I can not say how glad I am that I did. My first appointment I arrived nervous excited probably every emotion possible and when I met Mr Ross I knew I had come to the best place he is extremely honest, calming and reassuring ifelt in safe hands the clinic is run incredibly well and organised you can contact at any point which puts you at ease and responses are very prompt.
I am 5weeks post op and the most important thing I can say is the care I have had pre and post is the best I could of hoped for and I now feel more like me after all these years I will always be forever grateful to Mr Ross and his Team they are fab!
